Marcus Hockett is on a mission to build the ultimate hunting rig, but before spending money on upgrades, he wants to know exactly what his truck needs.
Starting with a stock Toyota Tacoma SR5, Marcus heads to the Expedition Overland Ranch where he teams up with Clay Croft to put the truck through a demanding off-road course. The goal isn't to see how far they can push the Tacoma. It's to identify the strengths, weaknesses, and limitations that matter most for hunters who rely on their trucks to reach remote country.
By the end of the day, Marcus and Clay have a clear understanding of which upgrades will provide the biggest gains and which modifications may not be worth the investment.
