Randy, Jace, and Scott Jones head into the mountains for an early-season archery deer hunt. Randy and Jace both have tags, while Jones is along to help them chase some bucks and, as always, have a good time in the mountains.

Jace gets several opportunities to put stalks on some great bucks, and there are no shortage of deer around. But early-season hunting comes with its own challenges. The heat, tough terrain, long days, and unpredictable conditions put everyone to the test.

At the end of the day, this hunt is about more than filling a tag. It's about chasing deer, getting close, dealing with whatever the mountains throw at you, and enjoying time in the field with good friends.
